Beef
The quality of our beef is second to none. Free to roam in the green fields of our Usk Valley family farm, our breeds are cared for in excellent conditions and include Welsh Black beef, Hereford and Charolais. Chosen for consistency, great taste and superior eating quality, our beef cattle are hand-selected at typically 20 to 30 months. All our beef is dried and matured naturally for up to 28 days, before being expertly prepared by our master butchers. Whether it’s a date-night fillet steak or a traditional Sunday roasting joint, our hand-reared beef makes a stunning centrepiece for any occasion.
